Bedrock and Steam games

Minecraft Bedrock

Add the address and port players use, like play.example.net:19132. Put the code in your server’s name, server-name in server.properties, and restart.

Your page shows the player count and version, and a button that adds the server to Minecraft on a phone or console. Bedrock doesn’t share names.

Steam games

Most games built on Steam’s server tools answer the same query: Rust, Garry’s Mod, ARK, Counter-Strike 2, Team Fortress 2, DayZ, Valheim and many more.

Add the server’s IP address and query port, like 203.0.113.5:27015. It has to be an IP address: Steam’s join links don’t accept names. Put the code in the server’s name.

Your page shows the player count, map and game, and a Join button that opens Steam. Some games, including Rust, CS2 and DayZ, don’t share who’s on, so names show only where the game gives them.
