Plans and billing
What is free
A real, live page for one community, at a link of its own like
servr.gg/k7x2m9qa. The link is given to the page when it goes live and it
keeps it for good. The editor, all twenty-one widgets, all twenty-eight themes, and every
bit of styling. Two game or voice servers on the page. Views, clicks and joins
with the last seven days drawn as a chart, and, if the page has a Discord server,
a digest there every Monday. No card needed.
Paste a Discord invite, a Minecraft server’s address or a FiveM join link on servr.gg and it draws your real community, live, before you have told us who you are.
On free, Discord numbers refresh every fifteen minutes and game and voice servers every ten, rather than every few seconds. That is the limit on free that exists because of what it costs to run.
What a plan buys
A plan buys what free does not show you. Pro is £4 a month, or £40 a year —
twelve months for the price of ten. It puts your page at a name of your own —
servr.gg/your-name, four letters or more — with the link it had on free still
working and forwarding to it. It also gets you numbers that move in seconds
rather than minutes, eight game or voice servers checked every fifteen seconds
to a minute (a Minecraft server with servr.jar shows somebody joining within
seconds), every referrer that
sent you a visitor, retention by source — who was still there a week and a month
later — and every day of history rather than the last seven. Your Monday digest
also names where the visits came from.
Network is £15 a month, or £150 a year: up to five pages with twenty game or voice servers on each, names as short as three letters, custom CSS and fonts, and no servr.gg byline.
It is the same split Discord makes: every server gets an invite link, and the vanity URL is what is paid for.
The full comparison is on the pricing page .
Cancelling
Open your dashboard and press Manage billing. That opens Stripe’s own portal, where you can cancel, change your card, or download any invoice. We never see your card details — servr has no page that asks for them.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel on the 3rd and you have paid to the 28th, everything keeps working until the 28th. Your dashboard shows the date.
What happens to your page
Your page carries on as a free page. Seven days after the paid period ends it is held to what free allows:
- The name goes, and the page stays.
servr.gg/your-namestops answering and is released, and the page moves back to its own link — the one it had on free, which kept working the whole time. Anything you shared with that link still lands on your page. - If you ran several pages on Network, the oldest stays up and the others stop answering.
- Game and voice servers past free’s two are paused, in the order they sit on the page: they stay connected but are not checked or shown. Remove some, or start paying again, and they come back on their own.
The week of grace is deliberate: a card expires, a bank declines a renewal, an email goes to spam. None of those are a good reason for the address you send every new member to go dark the same hour.
Nothing is deleted. The pages, the layouts, the widgets and the words are all still there. Start paying again and you can choose a name again — the same one, unless somebody else has claimed it while it was not in use.
Your community keeps working throughout. The bot stays, the numbers keep being recorded, and you see them again the moment there is a plan.
Things people ask
Do I need a page before I can pay? Yes, and servr will send you to make one rather than take your money first. The address is tied to a page. Add the bot to your Discord server, or, with no Discord server, start a community on the dashboard .
Can I move my address to another community? Not today. A handle connects to exactly one community — see handle rules.
Was my page free before you started charging? Then it stays free. Pages connected before servr.gg sold addresses are not affected.
